Brother of Suspect in T.I. Case Snitches
What a twist! It’s a good thing I didn’t make a comment yesterday and just waited to see what would happen next. As it turns out according to Cincinnati.com, the brother of the man who allegedly shot and killed T.I.’s close friend Philant back in 2006 flipped on his own flesh and blood and took the stand today.
Hosea Thomas, Gosselin said, was hit in the head with a bottle while inside Roselawn’s Club Ritz, where T.I. and his crew were attending an afterparty following a concert at Bogart’s.
That started a fight that resulted in patrons pouring out of the club. Within minutes, T.I.’s two vans were chased by a green Jeep Cherokee and the shooting took place.
Padron Thomas, 40, told officials he was driving the Jeep as his brother, Hosea, fired the shots at T.I.’s vans. At least one member of T.I.’s crew returned fire.
Cincinnati police officer Dom Meece testified today that the scene inside T.I.’s van was “something out of a horror movie” with blood dripping off of the ceiling and brain matter on the floor.
Now thats straight up snitching right there, thats flesh and blood there is no way around that, can any of you argue with that one?

I dont get this snitch shit… real talk mane if you did somthing and ” IF YOU GET CAUGHT RED HANDED” man up and take the charge I mean aint no way around the shit, I can see if nobody was a witness and you didnt get caught, but damn comon… for real if somebody killed someone close to you like your parents or sister/ brother and you knew about it and there was people who seen it happen you wouldn’t say nothing? I dont get it maybe its me, dont get me wrong I wouldnt tell on my brother.. but If somebody confess they need to confess for themselves not for no one else… he didnt snitch if the police already knew he was with him (caught).

i dont agree with the word snitch. It has a negative connotation to it, like you’re doing something wrong, when really you aren’t most of the time. If there was a crime, especially a murder, and u saw something, cut the bullshit. Tell the police. I don’t agree with any of this “don’t snitch” shit, if you kill somebody, theres something wrong with you and you need to be prosecuted. There ain’t no excuse for shooting someone. That’s the problem right now, that no-one will “snitch”, so these killers will continue to kill, and who does that help? no-one. Think of what you would want if your child or parent died, and then make your desicion on “snitching.” I’m tired of this shit.

I do have a comment. You guys call it snitching. I call it making a better world. Nothing is going to improve if that sort of mentality is stil prevalent. Criminals are criminals… and the community needs to work side by side with law enforcement to minimize crime. You consider snitching taboo. But, I bet if someone you knew was hurt you would snitch no-doubt..

I’ve lost all respect for hiphopmusic.com. Why do we constantly boast about how ignorant we are as a people? We have an ongoing open invitation in the majority of our neighborhoods for all crooks, drug dealers and gangbangers to come in and rob, steal, destroy and kill without worry about the local residents doing anything about it because we take pride in not snitching. I’m truly proud that we have our first african american president elect, but it means nothing for black america if we don’t first police up our own neighborhoods and get rid of that cancerous ghetto mentality that is destroying our neighborhoods, our race and most importantly our future(our children). WILL WE EVER WAKE UP (It’s a sad day when you’re safer around the klan instead of your own people.

I live in Cincinnati and I was at the Ritz that night when the whole thing jumped off, the fight inside was gruesome so I knew it was gonna be drama afterward so I carried my black ass to my car and minded my business. But Philant wasn’t even the one that hit him with the bottle thats why I think his brother was right to tell on his ass. He shot an innocent man just to satisfy his ego. He got hit with a bottle, he didn’t lose his life, and to be so ignorant to think that thats worth someone’s life means you belong in prison.

when will black people stop saying snitching.when white people have murders and rapist etc,they tell on their color cause they are not on that shit.they get these fools off the streets.but we blacks can stand right there or know who done it and dont say nothing,but when one of our family members get hurt we call and want answers.what gets me is that the cops white cops gets on tv and pratically begs us blacks to come forward and tell who shot a child or someone.we dont have to worry about the white man killing us,we do that ourslves or let the ones that done it get away.
