Kelly Rowland is still killing it with her smash single “Motivation” and following up with a second smash will be a difficult task, her first attempt is called “Lay It On Me” featuring Big Sean and is produced by Hit-Boy. It’s a good track and will be good a summer joint for the radio but not sure how it will compare to the first single. That being said, Kelly Rowland’s music has definitely developed since the last go around, it sounds like she’s finally found her sound and style which we all knew she was capable of.

The new album Here I Am will be arriving on July 26th.

Erin Christine has been making name for herself over the past few months, she’s dropping a album next month called “Green Lights“, her latest release “For Your Love” is a slow ballad expressing what women do for a man’s love.

With R&B and Dance music being damn near the same thing these days it’s good to see real R&B from from artists with real talent still make it to the surface. Musiq Soulchild brings a new one called “dowehaveto” talking about how women often feed off the drama in a relationship. Musiq’s new album is due out later this year.

Something new from Teairra Mari called “Not In Love,” the first offering from her DJ Scream hosted mixtape “Now or Never,” coming in May.

Something new from Joe title “Close”, possibly the lead single to his new upcoming album not yet titled.

Akon teams up with Chris Breezy to bring you this new cut “Take It Down Low” that was produced by Polow Da Don, from his upcoming album Stadium which is due out in September.

New joint from Estelle called “Break My Heart” featuring Rick Ross from Estelle’s new album “Allow Me”, one thing I’ll give the officer is that his choices is beat selection is always on point. It sounds like he might have had a hand in selecting this beat.

A track that didn’t make the final cut of Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. album, it’s a cool track but you can see why it didn’t make the album, it’s called “She Can Get It”. Doesn’t sound like it fits in with the other tracks.

It has to be at least 2 years since I’ve post a song from Mya, she’s back now though with a new one called “Love Me Some You” featuring Marques Houston who just resurfaced recently. Mya will be dropping a new album titled K.I.S.S. in Japan, and without it being out yet, she currently holds the number one spot on the iTunes charts. What is with her and these her and these Japanese releases? This is the second time I recall her doing that.

In light of their new tour set to kick off April 13, Diddy-Dirty Money release this track called “No Ordinary Love” to their fans to commemorate the event. I’m sure Sade is awaiting her check it the mail.
