CoCo’s Full Playboy Magzine Spread

There are a lot of things you don’t know about Coco, the 28-year-old curvy wife of gangsta rapper-turned-primetime TV actor Ice-T. For one, the five-foot-two blonde beauty—who graced more than 30 magazine covers last year—handles all of Ice’s business affairs out of her office on the set of his successful NBC show Law & Order: Special Victim’s Unit. “I’m his assistant, I’m his scheduler, I’m on the phone, I’m on the computer, I’m making things happen for him,” she says in her bubbly voice. “So he’s on the set learning his lines, getting into character, while I’m doing the business side of it.”

The power couple met on the set of Rhapsody in early 2000. “He’s not cheery like me; I’m always a happy-go-lucky kind of girl and he’s kind of grumpy,” she says. A friend on the set was trying to cheer him up, and Coco was just the girl to do it. “Ice approached me and said, ‘Hey, have you considered dating a gangsta rapper?’ I didn’t know what that was exactly,” she says. “I responded, ‘Well, if he’s nice…’ And he goes, ‘Well, you take the n off nice and you get Ice, baby.’ I thought it was pretty cute.” Apparently. Ice and Coco exchanged their wedding vows in bed the same month they met, and have been inseparable ever since. Their secret? “You gotta start the day with ‘I love you,’ because that starts the day with a good attitude,” she advises.
