The remix to a track David Banner released 2 weeks ago dedicated to Derrion Albert, a innocent life lost.

Due to the recent violent death of Derrion Albert and with fewer than 200 homicides since the beginning of the year killings in Chicago, these tragedies have not only attracted worldwide press, but major recording artists David Banner, Rhymefest, Naledge, Skooda Chose, 9th Wonder & Twista, have united to raise awareness of violence among urban youth within Chicago by organizing an Anti-Violence rally. The rally will serve as a creative canvas and backdrop for the video shoot of the release of the song “Something’s Wrong.”

On Tuesday, October 20th, 2009, (shoot time starts at 8:00am) at Georges Music Room, 3915 West Roosevelt Rd., Chicago Public School students, community organizations, churches and activists will gather together to unite and advocate for non-violence within the community as well as use the hip-hop art form as a catalyst for change and a platform for youth to engage in community activism.

Local Chicago celebrities and artists including Twista, Malik Yusef, Naledge, Tiffany of Bad Girls Club, J-Niice (B-96), Leon Rogers (WGCI), The Cool Kids, Crucial Conflict, along with MTV host Sway will attend the rally/ video shoot in support of the community and song.

Kanye was too busy snatching Mics from 17 year girls to care about anything that really matters.
