Drake – Do What You Do + Money

November 23rd, 2009 | Chozen | 7 comments |

These tracks are from 2006 mixtape Room For Improvement mixtape, before the Lil Wayne link and and the singing. I remember posting these so long ago and saying Drake was gonna be the next big and nobody was buying it, his flow sounded a little like Budden’s early flow.

    3. i think drake does his better stuff with better beats like on money to blow. the beat for do what you do is sick but the ones on so far gone are beats you can pretty much only sing to

    4. i think the reason he posted these songs was to try to show some of drake’s old stuff, which a lot of people haven’t seen since he’s blown up. but it’s really good and important music that got him to where he is today so why not?

    7. drake can flow, but thats it. he or whoever writes his stuff, puts sentences together that rhyme. He doesn’t tell a story (i.e Slick rick, Biggie, greatest story tellers), and his lyrics are simple.
