These are some of the things that determine who sells what in the music industry. It does not matter who the best rapper or who is the most conscious that does not play into the equation at all. The only thing that creates relevance is the appeal a certain artist has and 50 Cent has allot of appeal to average consumer as far as success, lifestyle and image. At the end of the day the numbers decide who is the most relevant and thats the simple truth.
