Wow you are crazy if you think the roc fell off. Jay-z one of the richest people in the entertainment biz. check out forbes. Mr. James made the list #3 on the highest paid athlete this year. Mr. West has sould more than anyone this year.{until lil wayne} Foxy is playing wifey with rick ross. I dont know about the philly dudes.
