    Jay-Z is talking about slinging drugs and dodging the pen which means dodging prison and also that he dodges the pen because he doesn’t write his lyrics down he used what is called a homonym for you slow fucks. Before saying that Jay didn’t go hard, you all should learn about word play, things like metaphors and similes.
