Jay-Z is the greatest. If you are disputing that fact you have no sense of anything beyond today’s pop rap. Listen to Jay-Zs tracks “Dead Presidents”, “Heart of the City”, etc. Lil’ Wayne can’t even hold a candle to Jay-Z’s lyrics. Yeah, Lil’ Wayne has SOME catchy lyrics but he doesn’t have the intellect or the creativity of HOV. This is stupid. People should be arguing over Nas and Jay-Z. Not some dumb ass who can hardly remember his own name and one of the greatest emcees of all time.
