And it’s about damn time, though I didn’t expect it to be Hova who would address the auto fuckery that has been plaguing the Hip Hop scene for the past 2 years. If your name is not T-Pain leave that autotune joint alone. It just wasn’t right kicking off the summer without a Jay-Z joint and thus the count down to Blue Print 3 begins. This is not the first single from Hov’s new album, his official radio single will be called Of That and will feature some rapper name Drake, not sure if you’ve heard of him but I post some of his stuff from time to time.

They co-produced it as a team, Kanye is the voice you hear saying thats too far. He wasn’t aiming at Kanye, Wayne, or T-Pain. He did say if anybody felt a some kind of way about what he said he didn’t care.

you no it is so fucking ironic with the fact the actual song will be with the rapper drake, who uses auto-tune on some of his songs, and the main point, is that Ye himself also produced this track(for none of you who know he used auto-tune on a whole album) Ye, a person subjected to auto-tune, is now helping Jay, what does that say. I’m not saying i’m hating Hov for this joint, but the irony behind all these factors i find very amusing.

kanye says that his album and jay’s album are like going to a basketball game and a football game. you don’t wear kleats to a basketball game and u dont wear jordans to a football game. he says that its the same with auto tune. its fine on his album, and u dont use it with jay. he still likes it but he just knows that auto tune has a place

It took one of the biggest voices in hip-hop music to come to terms of this autotune epidemic. It was only cool when Roger Troutman(the originator), Teddy Riley, and as of today, T-Pain used it as an instrument of something fresh and catchy. It became a lost cause when other R&B artists and rappers emulated the style of music to create a new trend. This was far worse than abusing the word, swagger.

How about you shut the fuck up, “iz” WTF is that? learn how to write, Jay-Z is speaking for many of us when he says fuck auto-tune, look at the post above and below yours, must people are thanking Jay for this track and why is that? because auto-tune helps people who can’t sing sound decent like T-Pain, Kanye, Lil Wayne, and I’m sorry but even Drake. I haven’t heard drake show his singing skills without auto-tune. How the fuck is Jay-Z mad? he’s making more money than any other rapper out there.

we all know everyone knows everyone. they’re all friends, they all party together. i’m sure they all know that the auto-tune phase is over & jay-z just so happens to be the first one to come out with the song to announce it. do i have to remind u all that the musicians hear it first? they see the trends – they MAKE the trends. i’m pretty sure wayne n ye are sitting there with jay saying “damn, i’m glad that shit’s over… we kinda played it out huh? nice track jay.” i doubt anyone in the rap community will argue over this.
