September 16th, 2008 • Related • Filed Under • 5,188 views (not in real time)

Okay so here we go again lets see if Kanye can get it right this time, this is the third version and the second studio version of the Love Lockdown joint, I didn’t think there was any saving this song but this version actually sounds allot better but I still don’t think it’s a great choice for a first single, anyways check it out and give us your feedback, Hopefully this is the last one.

hey i dont really fool with the auto-tune too tough [as in all my previous comments]I think Kanye waisted a hot beat on this jon.i can hear this as a … intro to his cd or interlude - not a single…
jus my 2 cents

Wayyyyy Better but Can Be Even Better We All Know Kanye West Can Do Better Than This………Why……….Because He Is The Best At What He Does Next to This Guy Named Kanye Omari West
Comment by Bighomie on 16 September 2008:
Yeah this is a lot better. I like the beat. Its something different which is good. Gotta give it a chance.

Like Wayne said ‘he needs to be on the remix…’–and I don’t expect him to rap on it, neither. (lol) I think this is interesting as a first single: as it is sparking mixed reviews. Great way to keep his [artistic] name afloat while he’s creating some more insanity.
Comment by Ja on 16 September 2008:
Muuuuuuuuucccchhhh better!!! Ok we got a taste of the first single he needs to drop one hard ass hip hop single and he is on his way to another quick plat album.
Comment by BlazeA50 on 17 September 2008:
if his whole album or even half of it is auto-tune you can consider me no longer a fan of kanye west
Comment by Trap P on 17 September 2008:

Insane. I can see why hardcore hip hop fans wouldn’t like it, but since Late Registration Kanye has been aiming at all audiences as opposed to just Hip Hop listeners.
This is sick, i wont hear any different!

the link doesn’t work
Comment by Turbo on 19 September 2008:
aznbwoi7791 - its not even that it’s ‘hate’ on the auto-tune, it’s just like a new song on the radio, it got done for the current generation [usually pops up every 5-10 yrs it seems] and now its being played out! I mean, you got yung berg, cierra, timbaland and some other cats that I’ve downloaded that I cant bring to mind that foreal, made them sound stupid as hell thus overplaying the auto-tune usage…
make sense?? LOL
and I’m out!
Comment by Cam on 19 September 2008:
This song is poppin. Its new, different. Its a breathe of fresh air. Hip hop needs 2 grow from money cars clothes n guns every now and then n thats wat kanyes been doin and hees just keepin it fresh and different wit joints like this. This is gonna be 1 of them joints that grow on u

Alot of people are coming at Kanye for this record. Its innovative. Better than wack ass Weezy. Now his biting ass gonna try to sing on the track like ‘Ye. ‘Ye’s whole new album is going to be sung. I think Im feeling it.
Comment by DJ SYKE on 20 September 2008:
This shit is fire….. He doing his shit motha fuckas stop the hatin. might not get alot of club play cuz its hard to dance to this but its still hot
Comment by Marco on 21 September 2008:
The auto tune is bullshit, I will personally go to best buy and shit on all the copy’s if i hear more auto tune on his album. It’s definatley art and unique just not appealing. It’s okay though we will look to this as an expirement.
