I think every artist deserve a chance to prove himself to the listeners but Cudi has yet to deliver a lyrical assassination on tracks to make say “oh shit that was hot”. I think its just hype. Even on the track wit Kanye his flow wasn’t all that. I’m still waiting from some fire that “Makes Sense” not just some out the box garbage wit a catchy hook to convince ppl to like the song. lol n it does look like a tomer lol

heres some songs with “lyrical assassination” that tha cudder delivers on
“Can I Be”, “Ask About Me (remix), “Switchin Lanes”, “Cudi Get” and you can’t deny the fire in “Dat New New”
and his parts in “Do My Do (feat. Mickey Factz) & ESPECIALLY in the song “Everything is Broken”

the thing with cudi is that hes not stuck with one niche, he can do it all my man, got mad respect for mr solo dolo
