However, the Bravo network managed to milk these women for what they might have been worth. I thought The Real Housewives of ATL was hilarious.... “no you’re so beautiful, no you are”....give me a break? Everything in this show was over the top. Seeing “semi-successful” black women on television with a money in their pocket was nice for a change, but the token white girl “Kim” was a joke. I know that I wasn’t the only one that knew she couldn’t sing but that’s what kept her interesting (aside from the fact of constantly trying to figure out who she was smashing for that paper). Poor Sheree with her fashion-less launch party. Does anyone even know if she actually sold anything? And then there was NeNe’s endless search for understanding who she really is because of a severe case of Daddy issues (notice who she was wife’d to). Personally, Lisa and DeShawn had a little too much sugar and spice for me. People that are that nice scare me and cause me to be real suspect about their actions. All and all, I enjoyed the show and look forward to the next season.
