LL Cool J Dissing Jay-Z (Maybe?)
So since LL’s last album didn’t do very well it’s Jay-Z’s fault now and LL is planning on doing a dis record, so if his album had did well then does that mean Jay-Z is also responsible for your success? Artist need to stop depending on record labels to promote there album take more responsibility. We all know that LL is a legend but it’s been over 25 years, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say maybe your saturated.

Obviously videoblogger doesn’t know what he is talking about. LL is not going at Jay because of his album sales. He is going at Jay because Jay went at him first. In the recent I Get Money Remix, Jay claims he is the G.O.A.T. Jay denies that he was going at LL. It seem LL doesn’t believe him though.
This type of stuff will rejuvenate LL. He may have been in the game 25 years, but he has bodied everyone who has stepped to him. Jay’s buzz has been dying down for a while. You’ll definitely be hearing some hardcore / classic LL if he puts out a diss record against Jay. Don’t be surporised if Jay can’t compete.

I cannot believe that their is questions about Double L’s creative talent and longevity. Having been around the music industry…just a bit, everyone knows that the effort a label puts behind an album has a direct effect on its success regardless of what the tracks say. There have been some heavy lyrics burnt that have never gotten just due!!!, because the labels didn’t support it. Even LL w/his history cannot just drop new lyrics and have the correct reach if the label does not focus on delivering it to the market…everyone in the industry understands that.
Now to deal with the BEEF. I don’t feel like the album promotion is LL’s beef, I have been around since LL was “rockin DA bells”, and my only question is; Why Did Jay Have to Get LL Started? The DIS is on!

Rap Battles are healhty for hip-hop. It’s like taking trips to the doctor. Sometimes you hear good news sometimes you hear bad news. Both are legends both have skills both have hot albums, both have flopped. But let’s be real when you think rap battles who comes to mind…L.L . , L.L. can easily take Jay-Z if he concentrates hard enough. He is versatile with r & B and rap but he doesn’t do enough hard core hip-hop to remind us of his skill.
Don’t forget many didn’t think Nas could take Jay-Z with Ether and don’t think that stuff isn’t in the back of his head as they did that mason hand shake on stage. We have to keep inmind the possibility that they are all friends — something similar to wrestling — but if this isn’t rigged think about it no one calls them the G.O.A.T. but L.L. So Jay knew what he was doing. And keep in mind L.L. might want to battle because he felt Jay got a promotion he deserved. Yhen think about this is what he needs f or a hot comeback album to be evenbetter than I’mgoing to knock you out” Let’s face it L.L has not had much competition when it has came to real rap battles so Jay-Z being a real challenge would put andbasically keep himon the thrwon if he takes him – even though Jay is not necessarily a battle rapper. It was said they had a chance to attle b4 but LL probably didn’t feel up to it. Now with new fuel with 50 hemightbe rejuvinated. Styles change – just look at “Hawaiian Sophie ” on youtube.com. Jay sampled LL’s voice on hence “your only customer” LL never sampled Jay. Jay’s band style rap is working for him as a formula so he format of the battle is up in the air.
All I know is it better take place nobody should be scared and this can seriously define their careers- LL better just hope don’t turn on him. Bottom line LL has got to come hard and tae his time. If Jay flops it’s still not going to hurt himmiuch and they both should watch for leaks. “Tempamental Pras MJ “Start th!e year off with a fresh battle guys!!!!

Jay is a battle rapper. I’m not a big Jay fan, but lets look his tracklist. Jim Jones, Juelez, Camron, and Mobb deep were easily beat. Nas is a different story. Nas had Ether (a lot of jokes in the song and hard ass beat). Jay had Takeover, Blueprint 2 (you guys may not remember this track) and Super Ugly. Look line for line at these songs and facts are there. “Open a bottle off the kids chipped tooth” Nas went and go t his tooth fixed, “Is a black girl lost or do shawty owe you for ice”, “I breathed life to you when niggas forgot you mceed”, “I sampled your voice, You were using it wrong”. Since i know most of us download, take a listen to those tracks. Oh yeah, he also got 50 for all you G-unit folks. “I’ma bout a dollar, what the fuck is 50 cent”
