Mos Def On The Bill Maher Show (Speaks on Legalizing Weed)

I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who has a problem with weed being legal, not even the people who don’t smoke so it makes sense to legalizing it. It’s the same thing in Jamaica, it’s not legal but cops don’t even want to be bothered with arresting anyone for that. There too busy with trying to keep the country from being the murder capital of the world. Not to mention this would get people out of jail who don’t belong there. I think the problem is that the government knows the best weed isn’t from America, lol.

At the same time you can’t expect Obama to be like “oh yeah we should legalize weed” he’s already under enough scrutiny, we can’t afford him to be labeled as the black pot dealing president.

Speaking of weed I’m about to roll me fatty in little bit, lol.
